So far none of the children are found alive and what's more, that the children respectively missing left eye. The journalist Alexander Zorbach is not quite involuntarily involved in the search for the murderer. So far, the police could not find any traces that lead to the perpetrator. One day, Alina Gregoriev, a blind physical therapist and are the "eyes of collectors" have to be treated. For Zorbach, which is in the middle caught in the crosshairs of investigators, Alina seems to be the last chance. But he can trust their clairvoyant abilities? own opinion
Initially, the reader is to first of all that the book begins on page 442. This is from the author intentionally because it finds a page in front of this beautiful quote from a song by The Script: begin

It's the end where I. The Script

beginning I was a little confused this fact, because I did not understand why the beginning of the book should be the end. For me, the book began as normal at the history, except that the number of pages decreased just the time. Only at the end I was really aware of what is behind this idea and the resolution was totally unexpected, but really inventive and persuasive.

While reading the first pages you think that Alexander Zorbach the evil in this thriller, but converts this image with the decreasing number of pages. Alexander Zorbach is a character who has sealed because of a single large fault his future life. This error has overturned all his life and made him a man full of nightmares. The reader does not know whether Alexander was right Zorbach in that situation, but he knows that Zorbach in itself is a good person, which is reflected in his love for his family and dealing with Alina Gregoriev.

Alina Gregoriev has fascinated me from the beginning, which was probably not only to their character, but also by how they as blind the world "sees". You can tell that has Sebastian Fitzek very well informed about the blindness and has been thinking hard about it. He describes how Alina with certain tools in life rightly finds and describes their most urgent desire not seen as disabled will, but as full and normal person. If one also takes the adventurous and courageous character of her to take, Alina Gregoriev is one of the most interesting characters of this book.

What has made this thriller for me especially, was the hint of the supernatural. In addition to the protagonist Alexander Zorbach plays the blind Alina Gregoriev an important role in the thriller. It is Zorbach from the beginning to the side and tried him with their clairvoyant abilities on the right track to bring. Alexander Zorbach is beginning, however, and during the remainder of the book critical of their claims, they could be put in touch with the past of each person. These doubts and lack of belief in the supernatural effect on the reader very authentic. Before long, are the visions of Alina by itself to history to do so because they make the thriller still a lot of unpredictable and exciting.

was particularly good and I liked the writing style by Sebastian Fitzek. The collector's eyes was my first book by this author and I must say that I have found from the beginning of this style great. It is a sophisticated and imaginative language. The voltage is due to short chapters, which have usually end up with a great cliffhanger, increased continuously and therefore the reader can not even put the book out of the hands.

The end of the thriller is so incredibly unpredictable, and totally routed the reader first. It pauses for a moment, trying to digest what is written. Actually, we think that in the end resolves everything and it is a happy end, but the situation is not so easy here. The saying "The end is just the beginning" fits here, most likely because of Alexander Zorbach is far from the story over. like why I'm even more excited as Sebastian Fitzek tie in his next thriller in this one.

Finally, I would like to point out the essential thanksgiving at the end of the book. I usually do not read acknowledgments, but this book was different. Sebastian Fitzek has really made a lot of effort and every person and even presented with a picture. The blind people who have helped him to get into a blind and to show how the world looks like to be called all and there is a thumbs up from me!

Conclusion
Sebastian Fitzek has made it through an unusual design, well thought out and interesting characters and a touch of the supernatural, a gripping thriller writing. The end is probably the highlight of the book, one can now impatiently waiting for the new thriller from the author. I can only tell everyone: Read this book, which has earned the title psychological thriller perfect!
