Is been a while since we were camping, but I could not motivate them to write the trip report. Shame on me !
It started on Thursday, 19.08. at 12:30 Clock. Actually we wanted to 9:00 Clock start, but for unknown circumstances, we took one of the families with whom we have planned the trip 3.5 hours of late. After four
hours [Hell] Assateaque trip to Iceland, Maryland (which is awfully nice in addition to wild horses, meadows and forests, etc.), we arrived at the campsite.
I say only this: cut off from any other everyday luxuries such as electricity, hot water, a comfortable bed, and the like. But hey: back to the roots !
After all the tents, pavilions and drying line devices have been built, which are, moreover 2 cost valuable hours, we went to the ocean. Fantastically !
After dinner, we still sitting around the fire and leave us by the insects eat half of what we knew by the next day.
final tip: Bugspray may apply the next time before.
The next day started early. Very early. Not to say at 5:30 Clock. Thanks again to the children at this point.

The rich breakfast was consumed and joined the rest of the day off to swim in the ocean build sand castles, burying children, swimming, eating , lunch, back to the beach, swim n lying around in the sun.
Oh, I "get sunburn " the already mentioned?

later than when it was bedtime, I got the feel. That night was hot
, uncomfortable and eerie painful, associated with 200x waking. And this time not only for the children!
The next day was basically a copy of the preceding. be at least be mentioned that the family befriended her giant car, apart from people, filled with food had. The tent, beach chairs, sleeping bags, etc. were put on the car roof.
One can imagine also:
A single feeding orgy including muffins, cookies, croissants, [ each in at least 3 different varieties ] , sandwiches [ you with everything , and I mean everything ! Demonstrate that, again, because the family had not forgotten anything swim], each type of meat in the world ...
etc. It was really all about food, what the daily bread is one of the American .
On Sundays we are then reduced by one, all tents, loaded the car back in the was 70% of eating back pack because 12 people not 3 tons of food within can eat three days [ and do ] and then went on to one last walk on the beach.
The return trip took time even 5 hours because we were fortunate to land in two jams. But I like not much noticed, since I fell into a sort of coma after I had taken the car space. good for me. The first thing I did when I had arrived back "home": A hot shower, which in the end but not too hot ausviel because of sunburn, 10 minutes of television and, of course, sleep! A boon

result / s of the camping trips :
- right the first time since ... 10 years browned.
- for a beach holiday to tolerate even 5 kids screaming.
- and a heavy sunburn including leprosy symptoms after 4 days.
- Camping is still not my thing, but to endure.
- grow mosquito bites from Maryland to tumor-like elevations.
- Ocean = love love love.
- beach = love love love.
- again? definitely.
