It's time to make an update. Yes.
From 20.11. - 27.11. were my host family, the California grandparents and an aunt in North Carolina. Waves, to be exact. So the name of the place.

The Ride, which was supposed to take up to six hours, moved to 8 hours as the children thought of having to go every few minutes to the toilet and on this occasion every time a new "Happy Meal" in the mother and Mc Donald's to order. Only one word: annoying!

When we finally arrived we moved into the beach house, which was larger than our traditional home.
the rest of the day ... and actually the entire Week we spent with bum around the house, beach bum, playing Wii, watching DVD's and / or playing cards. Oh, I forgot the most important week activity: eating! We did always and at all times.

Thanksgiving, what was the real trip reason was cooked, boiled, cooked and eaten. Turkey. Which incidentally was prepared on the grill. 5 hours.
We prepared additional "stuffing" of mashed potatoes and green beans. In addition, cranberry sauce was served. This was poured during dinner by the aunt with red wine. Except by mistake. So this was still the necessary kick. And thus was tasty.
Only hours after this meal, no one could move.

On Saturday we left at 10:30 of the house. The return trip went much like the outward journey. But this time due to congestion. Very pleasant. Not.

Having survived the most boring weekend in the history of Lisa K. was not discussed what is now mentioned only in passing, will follow a busy week.
The past weekend was the "Cheesecake Factory, TJ Maxx," the familiar mall and at Starbucks spent.

This entry was honestly just written to yesterday's Kate Nash give -concert for the best.
It was terrific!
were first "Peggy Sue " on stage. A three-person Indie-Pop/-Folk band from Brighton, England, which were a great opening act / are.
Kate made us impatient wait 45 minutes, what did the strange and drunken people who [later behind] were before us, appeared not necessarily easier.
you illuminated the beautiful scenery through their presence and pressing the light switch.
She was> 90 minutes on stage, in which she plays like gold " Mouthwash," "Skeleton Song ", "Do-Wah-Doo ", "Kiss that Grrrl" and of course "Foundations " trilled.
She was very friendly, tipsy and joked with the audience in the meantime, she had only appeared charming. It was the most successful
night for weeks and even better was that Hannah accompanied with and I had to experience not only this event! ; D

Apart from this Friday evening, which is celebrated in the time-tested "Cheesecake Factory", the rest of the weekend will turn out rather bad.
Saturday we leave at 7 am [!] To drive to Baltimore promising to "Weekend Course", which is titled "American Culture and Development".
The tension mounts ... not because it is already on the bottom!
spend a whole weekend with "learning" sounding more like ... repulsive.
